Tikkun Olam News – Bottles & Cans

Bottles & Cans Recycling for Tzedakah!
TIKKUN OLAM needs your help. While we are skipping  this Sunday, June 16th for Fathers day, we do request that you reserve Sunday, June 30th to come to help  at the TBT youth lounge starting at 10:30 AM. You will be helping us empty, crush and bag cans and bottles for recycling to secure Tzedakah money for those in need at TBT. Temple Beth Tikvah volunteers do this every third Sunday of the month (if possible).  Please be sure there is no trash/liquid inside the recyclables & please double-check that  the items are marked with a CA Redemption Value.

Please contact Gary Gruber (garygruber@sbcglobal.net) or call him at 714-319-0030 or call the Temple office to volunteer. Thank you for your anticipated participation.

Tikkun Olam would also like to thank those who assisted last Sunday at Mitzvah Meals :

Sue Rosen, Teri Applebaum and her daughter Sydney, Judy Robbins, Marvin Reed, Ni Stenzel and her son Michael, Danielle (Dani) Siegel, Karen Guth and Gary Gruber.
